Order Acceptance

Custom / bespoke
Bespoke or special-order items may not be cancellable or returnable once production starts, except where required by law.
Shipping & Delivery
Dispatch and delivery estimates are given in good faith but aren't guaranteed. Performance may depend on courier, customs, regional disruption, address accuracy or access.

Installation & Fitment Responsibility
Many products are intended for workshop or specialist installation. Professional fitting is strongly recommended. You're responsible for correct installation on a suitable platform.

- Painting, bonding, drilling or modification may affect return and warranty status
- We're not responsible for losses from improper installation or incompatible application
Intellectual Property
All website design, branding, text, graphics, product descriptions and visual material remain protected intellectual property unless clearly stated otherwise.
Brand content
Logos, design language and content may not be copied or reused without permission.
Commercial misuse
Resale, scraping, republication or unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

Dealer, installer or trade relationships don't grant IP rights automatically.
