ASM Sports Tech uses professional courier services for domestic and international deliveries. Depending on product dimensions, destination region, and shipment profile, delivery may be handled through different approved courier partners.
Shipping cost is typically shown during checkout. Where an order contains oversized components, multi-box freight, or destination-specific adjustments, the ASM Sports Tech team may contact the customer before final dispatch to confirm the correct shipping arrangement.

UK ORDERS

- Most stocked orders dispatch within approximately 3 business days

PRE-ORDER & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
Some ASM Sports Tech products are supplied on a lead-time or pre-order basis. These products are typically marked clearly on the product page and should not be interpreted as ready-to-dispatch stock.
- Lead times vary by product programme and production queue
- Typical made-to-order timing may range around 4–8 weeks where stated
- Pre-order and production items follow a different fulfilment timeline from stocked orders
- Cancellation may only be possible before manufacturing or allocation begins

UK & EXPORT STRUCTURE
- UK-based shipment handling follows current domestic checkout pricing structure
- International orders may be subject to destination import rules
- All export shipments must comply with relevant customs and shipment regulations

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
- Import duties, taxes, and customs fees outside included jurisdictions may remain the customer’s responsibility
- Customs clearance timing is controlled by destination authorities, not ASM Sports Tech
- Failure to comply with destination import requests may delay or interrupt delivery
- Refused import charges may affect shipment outcome and refund eligibility
ORDER TRACKING & SHIPPING STATUS
Once an order has been dispatched, the customer will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information where available. Tracking numbers become active according to the courier’s own system timing.

ITEM NOT RECEIVED
If tracking indicates delay or a delivery issue, customers should first review the tracking record and courier notices. Where assistance is needed, ASM Sports Tech can support with shipment follow-up.
TRACKING NOT ACTIVE
A short activation delay between dispatch confirmation and live courier tracking is normal. If tracking remains inactive for an unusual period, contact the ASM Sports Tech team.
