RETURN TIMEFRAME & CONDITION REQUIREMENTS
ASM Sports Tech applies a structured return window for eligible products. Return requests must be submitted within the permitted period after delivery, and returned goods must meet the required condition standard before refund approval can be considered.
- Return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the item
- Once a return is accepted, the item must be sent back within the approved return period
- Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and kept in original condition
- Original packaging, manuals, warranty cards, and included accessories must be retained where applicable
- Protective films or seals must remain intact where relevant
RETURN BASIS
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
CUSTOM-FABRICATED PARTS
Bespoke, made-to-order, or custom-fabricated items are not eligible for standard return unless they are confirmed defective.
GIFT CARDS & OUTLET ITEMS
Gift cards and ASM outlet-type product categories are excluded from ordinary return eligibility.
CLEARANCE / FINAL SALE
Discounted or clearance items marked as final sale are not returnable unless a verified defect is present.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
ASM Sports Tech products are inspected before dispatch. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer should contact ASM Sports Tech immediately with supporting photos so the issue can be assessed properly.
- If parcel damage is visible upon delivery, the shipment should be checked immediately
- Photos of the item, packaging, and issue should be provided as early as possible
- Incorrect item delivery should be reported immediately to allow fast resolution
- Verified delivery faults may qualify for return shipping coverage and full refund or replacement support

WARRANTY CLAIMS
Performance parts and aerodynamic components may also fall under the applicable ASM Sports Tech warranty structure, where stated on the product page and warranty page.
WARRANTY BASIS

VALUE DIFFERENCES
Exchanges may be subject to identical or lower-value replacement handling, with price differences refunded or charged where applicable.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
PRE-DELIVERY LOSS
If an order is confirmed lost in transit before successful delivery, ASM Sports Tech may review the case for reshipment or refund after courier investigation.
RETURN SHIPMENTS
Return packages should follow the approved tracked return method. ASM Sports Tech cannot be responsible for untracked or non-approved return transit loss.
DELIVERY DELAYS
Courier delay alone does not always mean shipment loss. Tracking and investigation may be required first.
EXCEPTIONS & ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Where ASM Sports Tech has shipped the incorrect item, return shipping and replacement correction will be handled through the support team.
