The Confidence Program is our account of how a component is brought into being and cared for — from the material it begins as, through the way it is made and inspected, to the manner in which it reaches you and the support that remains afterwards. It is written plainly, because the work speaks for itself.
Genuine, Without Exception
Every component acquired through us or an approved dealer is a true ASM Sports Tech piece — our design, our materials, made exactly as we intend it. There is no compromise on this, because there is no version of the work we are willing to sign our name to that falls short of it.

Components found elsewhere may not be genuine, and may fall outside our warranty and our support. Where there is any doubt, we would always rather you ask us first.

Every carbon component is examined closely before it leaves us. Lightness is the easy part; what we look for is the quality of the finish and the integrity beneath it — the things you notice only when they are right, and remember when they are not.
