WHAT THIS POLICY COVERS
ASM Sports Tech products are engineered to meet demanding standards for fitment, durability, performance, and visual quality. Eligible product categories may be covered where installation, usage, and purchase conditions are met.
DOWNPIPES
Coverage for eligible stainless steel performance downpipes against manufacturing defects.
DRY PRE-PREG CARBON
Extended structured protection for eligible dry carbon products against manufacturing defects.
WET CARBON FIBRE
Limited product coverage where manufacturing defects are identified under approved use conditions.
FORGED WHEELS
Coverage for eligible forged wheel products against manufacturing faults affecting structural integrity.
GENERAL WARRANTY COVERAGE
ASM Sports Tech products are designed and manufactured to meet demanding standards for performance, durability, and visual execution. When purchased through an authorised ASM Sports Tech dealer, distributor, or official online store, eligible products may be protected by the warranty coverage outlined in this policy.
Warranty protection applies only when products are installed correctly, used under normal public-road driving conditions, and remain unmodified unless explicitly approved otherwise in writing by ASM Sports Tech.
DOWNPIPE WARRANTY COVERAGE
ASM Sports Tech performance downpipes are manufactured using high-grade stainless steel and engineered to withstand extreme thermal and mechanical stress produced by high-performance engines operating under correct conditions.
ELIGIBLE COVERAGE
- Lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects
- Structural defects related to material or workmanship
- Faults affecting intended function of the downpipe
THE DOWNPIPE MUST:
- Be installed correctly by a qualified professional
- Not be modified, cut, welded, or altered
- Be used under normal road-driving conditions
- Be fitted to a mechanically sound and properly maintained vehicle
CARBON FIBRE PRODUCT WARRANTY
ASM Sports Tech carbon fibre components are produced using advanced composite manufacturing techniques to achieve lightweight strength, surface quality, and premium finish suitable for high-end performance vehicles.
DRY PRE-PREG CARBON FIBRE PRODUCTS
- 5-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects
- Coverage applies to structural faults caused by materials or workmanship
- Eligible only when installed correctly and used under approved road conditions
WET CARBON FIBRE PRODUCTS
- 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects
- Coverage applies only to verified production faults
- Normal wear, surface exposure, and external damage are not covered
COVERED DEFECTS
- Delamination caused by manufacturing fault
- Structural defects originating from production error
- Finish or bonding defects outside acceptable production tolerance
NOT COVERED
- Stone chips, road debris, or impact damage
- Improper installation or incorrect fastening
- UV-related ageing, poor maintenance, or neglect
- Track use, racing, competition, or aggressive non-road use
FORGED WHEEL WARRANTY
ASM Sports Tech forged wheels are developed for high-performance vehicle applications and are manufactured to meet strict standards for structural integrity, finish quality, and dimensional consistency.
WHAT IS COVERED
- Manufacturing defects in material or workmanship
- Structural faults present under normal intended road use
- Verified production-related integrity issues
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
- Pothole damage, kerb impact, collision, or road hazard damage
- Incorrect tyre fitting or incorrect balancing procedures
- Track use, motorsport, drift use, or competition stress
- Finish damage caused by chemicals, neglect, or improper care
WARRANTY CONDITIONS
THE PRODUCT MUST:
- Be purchased through an authorised ASM Sports Tech source
- Be installed correctly by a qualified installer
- Be used only for its intended vehicle application
- Remain unmodified unless approved in writing
- Be maintained responsibly after installation
THE CLAIMANT MUST PROVIDE:

GENERAL WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
This warranty does not cover damage, deterioration, or performance issues caused by situations outside approved product use or normal installation standards.
EXCLUDED CAUSES

EXCLUDED CLAIM TYPES
- Modified or altered products

- Normal cosmetic wear over time
- Damage from poor storage, handling, or post-delivery misuse
